About Us: Coventry, a homeowner association located in Spring, TX, resides off Kuykendahl Rd and is nestled between Augusta Pines, Creekside and The Preserve.    This community of 340 homes is ideal for those wanting to avoid busy street noises while remaining in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. We take great pride in a well-kept, friendly community.   Coventry has been in existence since the 80’s and is part of the MUD19 water district.

Board of Directors:  The management and direction of the affairs and property of the Association shall be vested in the Board of Directors of the Association.  Five (5) Directors shall be elected to serve until their successors have been elected and qualified.  Each Director shall be elected to serve a two (2) year term by a separate vote whereby the nominee receiving the highest number of votes shall be elected.  The Board of Directors shall at all times conduct the business of the Association in strict accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation, the By-Laws of the Association, and the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions applicable to the real property within the jurisdiction of the Association.  To contact one of the following board members, email coventryboard@coventryca.com.

Management Team: The role of this team is to maintain the policies established in the founding documents and implement the decisions by the Board of Directors of the Association.

Nominating Committee:  At least sixty (60) days prior to the date of each annual meeting of the Members, the Board shall appoint a committee comprised of three (3) Owners and post the names, addresses, and phone numbers of the Members of the Nominating Committee in the Property office.  Any Owner may nominate himself/herself or any other person for election to the Board.  Nominations shall be made in writing to any member of the Nominating Committee no less than forty-five (45) days prior to the date of each annual meeting of the Members.  The Nominating Committee shall meet at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of each annual meeting of the Members to recommend a nominee for each position to be elected on the Board of Directors.  The Secretary shall distribute, with the notice of the annual meeting of the Members, a list setting forth the Nominating Committee’s nominee for each position of the Board. Nominations for each position on the Board may also be made at the annual meeting of the Members.  Information on this committee will be posted in summer newsletters.

Voting:  All members of this Association shall have a right to vote on any matter duly submitted to a vote of the membership and shall have the right and privilege to use and enjoy all properties, facilities and services of the Association and to serve on the Board of Directors and participate in all meetings, activities and functions of the membership of this Association.  All rights and privileges of the members shall be subject to the terms of the Articles of Incorporation and By-laws of the Association and such other reasonable rules and regulations as may be promulgated by the Board of Directors.
